Last Thursday (16-10-2025), a training session was successfully held for the Deco team, led by Taiwoo (Expat). It was attended by new operators, technicians, and junior deco operators. The session covered important topics related to DECO machine operations, including start-up and shutdown steps, size changeover, inker settings, OV unit settings, BRC settings, and registration settings.
The training helped new team members understand the basic workflow of the machines, while junior operators got a good refresher on best practices. Overall, the session improved team skills, brought more clarity to procedures, and helped prepare everyone for smoother and more efficient machine operations.
