This course provides technical training on the Bottom Rim Coater (BRC) Assembly used after the Decorator and before the curing oven. It covers the BRC's purpose, construction and components, including the Gravure Roller, Applicator Roller, Fountain Tray, Level Control and Circulation Pump. Participants will learn the coating transfer process, applicator roller installation, roller pressure adjustment, blade-to-gravure adjustment, can-to-applicator pressure setting and troubleshooting of common BRC coating and can-handling issues.
