This course provides practical knowledge of the Data Pack and Datapaq Oven Tracker XL2 system used for monitoring and validating the Internal Baking Oven (IBO) curing process. Participants will learn the purpose and construction of the Data Pack, Type K thermocouple functions, oven-zone temperature monitoring, Peak Metal Temperature (PMT), time-in-zone analysis, and interpretation of Datapaq temperature-time reports. The course also covers curing requirements, identification of under-cure and over-cure conditions, heat distribution analysis, and the use of thermal profile data for process validation, troubleshooting, and batch approval.
