This training provides a practical understanding of the standard procedures for testing and monitoring coolant and washer parameters. It covers coolant concentration, tramp oil, Stage 1/2/4 pH, free and total acid, RMV, drag-out pH, conductivity, Stage 7 concentration, slip-angle testing, and muffle testing.
Participants will learn the required sampling methods, chemical quantities, testing conditions, equipment usage, result recording, and basic interpretation of test results. The procedure also emphasizes repeating tests and involving the Team Leader whenever abnormal variation is observed
