This course provides technical training on three critical components of the Internal Spray Machine (LSM) Lacquer Supply System: the Mist Collector, Lacquer Chiller/TCU, and High-Pressure Lacquer Pump. It covers their functions, construction, operating principles, major components, cleaning and maintenance requirements, temperature and viscosity control, pressure monitoring, and the effects of improper operating conditions. The course emphasizes equipment reliability, operator safety, consistent lacquer application, and maintaining stable process conditions for high-quality can production.
