This course provides technical understanding of the Body Maker Coolant System and Can Washer, used in 2-piece aluminum beverage can manufacturing. It covers coolant functions, system flow, pumps, filtration, heat exchanger, chemical parameters, concentration control and troubleshooting, along with the operation and purpose of the DI/RO water system, boiler, spray pumps, hold-down mats, blow-offs, mat wipes, risers, suction belt, VTU and pressure gauges. The training emphasizes process control, equipment reliability, can quality and safe operating practices.
