This course provides comprehensive technical training on the Can Washer process used in 2-piece aluminum beverage can manufacturing. It covers the purpose and operation of each washer stage from Pre-Rinse through Mobility Enhancer, including chemical functions, temperatures, pressures, concentrations and quality checks. The course also develops troubleshooting skills for common washer defects such as water marks, over/under treatment, over-etching, neck peel, metal fines, cut-edge damage, brown spots and contamination, enabling operators to identify root causes and take effective corrective actions.
