This course provides comprehensive training on the IBR RAM Assembly used in the TNA Series Necker & Flanger. It covers safe dismantling, component inspection, cleaning, replacement of wear parts, reassembly, installation, lubrication, adjustment, and functional verification of the IBR RAM Assembly. Participants will learn the maintenance procedures for the IBR Head, Cross Slide, Bearings, Bearing Pins, Guide Rails, Oilite Bush, Reverse Rotation Pin, Cam Followers, and Reform Tooling, ensuring reliable machine performance, reduced downtime, and extended component life.
