This course provides comprehensive training on the Decorator Inker Assembly, the heart of the can printing process. Participants will learn the construction and working principles of the ink fountain, fountain roller, ductor roller, distributor rollers, oscillatory rollers, form rollers, and the "No Can, No Ink" trip mechanism. The course also covers inker installation, drive gear engagement/disengagement, roller parallelism, pressure adjustments, ductor dwell settings, wash-up procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure consistent ink transfer, superior print quality, and reliable decorator performance.
