This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the CMB 3400-Necker Infeed System. It covers the air bed conveyor, single filer, air blower, air filters, airflow gauge, infeed track sensor, infeed star-wheel, dual infeed turret, transfer vacuum, guide settings, timing alignment, vacuum troubleshooting, dent and scratch prevention, jam diagnostics, sensor faults, and safe maintenance practices. Operators will learn how to maintain stable can flow, prevent infeed defects, correctly adjust guides during changeovers, and troubleshoot common machine entry problems to ensure reliable necker performance.
