This course provides comprehensive training on the Nordson MEG® II LSM Spray Gun, the core component of the Internal Spray Machine (LSM) used for coating 2-piece aluminum beverage cans. Participants will learn the spray gun construction, operating principles, nozzle selection, key performance parameters, common spray defects, warning signs of component wear, preventive maintenance, and complete overhauling procedure. The course also covers safe handling practices, nozzle inspection, O-ring replacement, cleaning methods, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure consistent lacquer application and optimum coating quality.
