This course provides machine operators and technicians with complete knowledge of Tool-pack Cradle Alignment in Body maker machines used in 2-piece aluminum beverage can manufacturing. Participants will learn cradle components, alignment basics, side-side adjustment, squareness correction, height alignment, tooling inspection, measurement techniques, troubleshooting of can defects, and safe adjustment procedures using alignment fixtures and precision tools. The course also explains causes of misalignment, preventive checks, torque requirements, and corrective actions to improve can quality and tooling life
