This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Coil Handling System, covering the complete flow from Upender to Coil Car and Uncoiler. It explains equipment operation, hydraulic systems, safety interlocks, coil positioning, mandrel operation, threading, loop control, and sensors (loop & diameter). The course also includes startup/shutdown procedures, inspection, and maintenance practices to ensure safe, stable, and efficient coil feeding to the cupper.
