CNC Basaran BT-450IR is a high-precision internal radius grinding machine used in the tool room for reworking ironing dies, redraw dies, punches, and sleeves. This course covers machine components, axis control (X, Z, B), grinding procedures, wheel dressing, offset settings, and use of iCAN software to achieve micron-level accuracy in tooling.
