Today our plant team including engineering, produciton and QA sections, joined a recap and re‑assessment session on Spoilage Control and Line Efficiency, led by our Senior Manager Production Mr. Imran Malik. Using live plant data, we refreshed concepts for the full team and provided extra support to the 20% who needed it. Everyone left with a clearer view of how spoilage and efficiency directly impact our financial performance and is now aligned to run the post‑shutdown period with a strong focus on meeting targets.
