This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Unist Lubrication System used in high-speed aluminum beverage can manufacturing. It covers the working principle of the SPR-2000 controller, Uni-Roller® micro-lubrication system, lubricant application methods, lubrication defects, pressure and flow control, troubleshooting of no-spray conditions, PPE compliance, MSDS awareness, spill control, and preventive maintenance practices. The course also explains the importance of proper lubrication in protecting tooling, ensuring smooth cup formation, reducing friction, and maintaining product quality during the cupping and D&I process.
