On 02‑12‑2025, we held a ceremony to recognise the trainers and team members who have been driving our recent capability‑building sessions. Certificates of appreciation were awarded to all trainers for their commitment and the quality of delivery, with special awards to Huzaifa Zahid (Decorator team) and Muhammad Faizan (Front End team) as top performers in the assessments.

Certificates were presented by our Head of HR, Head of Manufacturing, Plant Manager and Engineering Manager, and the recognition created a strong lift in motivation across the group. The trainers and trainees left feeling valued and encouraged to keep building skills and supporting our journey towards operational excellence and shared goals

On 21‑11‑2025, our Back End team completed a focused training on daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventive maintenance for the Necker and Flanger machines. The session covered critical checks, lubrication points and change‑over care needed to keep these assets stable and safe, while minimizing unplanned stoppages. This hands‑on training strengthens the team’s ownership of equipment health and supports more reliable performance in the coming production runs.

On 20‑11‑2025, our Deco team attended a focused training on Operational Settings, led by our expat expert Mr. Taiwoo together with his subordinate Mr. Arslan Liaqat. The session combined practical machine settings with real production scenarios to strengthen the team’s capability to run the deco line safely, efficiently and with consistent quality. This is another step in building ownership and technical depth within the Deco crew ahead of upcoming production demands.
